July 4, 2011 marks the celebration of the national independence for the United States of America...my home sweet home. Since launching my firm six months ago, I have seen many new beginnings or "commencements" of sorts in my own life. As an entrepreneur, this 4th of July (Independence Day) means so much more to me than those of years past.
I am ecstatic to be an entrepreneur who is committed to sharing my expertise with my clients. This feeling of independence is priceless. My financial independence is contingent upon my ability to create new and cutting edge services (and eventually products) that engage my core audience. I am excited that my first blog post coincides with Independence day because it inspires me to think deeply about what kinds of independence I want for my life.
Now more than ever I celebrate and appreciate the independence that has been afforded to me. I am so very blessed to have this opportunity to follow my heart, tackle my dreams and hope for the best.
Today indeed is my very own Independence Day!
